Can you take your bath before going to bed? My daughter is a call center agent and she works at night. The moment she went home around 8am, she'll just take her breakfast and go straight to the bathroom to take a bath. I told her not to because she wasn't able to sleep the night. But she said that her sleeping time is within the day and she must take a shower first so she would have a sound sleep. Do you think this will harm her health? I know that when you were not able to sleep the night before and you take your shower, you'll get a headache. Are there any more complications aside from these? Need opinions, thanks!

i see, it also my custom. i think that in different country the custom is very different, but in my mind, it is necessary to have a shower before going to bed, i think it is good for heavy sleep, and our body would have a good leisure. And also before i go to work i also have a shower. Just take it, everybody will take care about himself/herself.
