I love sapsap fish

We have a flat fish in the Philippines that we call sapsap. It is good to be eaten when cooked as pangat or cooked with some broth and tomatoes. I love it with rice and fish sauce we call patis. Yummy

It's my hubby's favorite. I also like flat fish but it's danggit that I love to eat most.

I love danggit from Cebu
