Why Isn't my Lens Appearing in the Search Results?

I recently signed up with Squidoo and spent quite a bit of time building my first lens. While I still have some work to do, it does look good and has been given a ranking. But when I searched for the subject of my lens, it didn't show up in the results. I've tagged the key words and actually thought that I'd done everything that I was supposed to do; though, I'm now wondering if I've missed something. Can anybody tell me what the problem might be?
