There is an article on yahoo that describes the six most common sleep positions and what your body language (while sleeping) says about you. Here is the link:

I myself am a cross between a fetus and a freefaller. Pretty cool article.

I usually sleep on one side or the other with arms around my pillow. Sometimes I sleep on my back similar to a soldier. I usually go to sleep in one position and change several times during the night.

What a wonderful group we do make. Our diversity makes us good members of our social programs, my lot, facebook, etc.

You must be another one of the few in that 5% that lay differently every night! What a wonderful group we have at myLot, our diversity even extends to our sleep positions!

great article!
i'm like a fetus said to have a tough exterior (though sometimes really i'm not)but are still sensitive and may appear to be shy but warm up quickly.i can say that may be true!
i also sometimes sleep like a yearner, noted to be open-minded and still cynical, suspicious, and stubborn about sticking to decisions once they are made.
yes,let's drink to that!

I also found that the descriptions of the positions says a lot about me also. I had never thought that I would still display body language while I was asleep, but it does make sense.

The best thing you can do to sleep, in any position your rest will be optimize if and only if you pray to God before going to.

Thanks for the response. This is something that many people forget to do before going to sleep!
