I got this new steam cleaner the first I ever had its a bissell. I got it at wal-mart for a good price. I put hot water in it and put some cleaner that they gave me in the package. Nice by the way when you get something that's a sample. Good amount for a trail and on my way to try this. My friend and I worked together to see its magic. Two try's and it look good and clean. All the stains dispersed . I am glad I got it and so does my carpet:)
