What am I doing in my sleep?

For the past 3 - 4 nights I have been going to bed just tired in the usual way, but when I wake up the next morning I feel like I have had no sleep at all. I also wake up every morning with a completely dead right arm. It is not through sleeping funny though and I have no recollections of my dreams although I feel I have dreamt.
Recently I have been tentatively walking down a spiritual path and I am doing various things but I have no idea why I am feeling like this after a nights sleep so can anyone shed any light or anything to me? Please and thank you xxxx

Has anything about your daily activity changed? Are you eating or drinking something before bed that you didn't before... or maybe not having something before bed that you used to?
I have nights like this occasionally, and it's usually because I've had too much coffee before bed, or something of that nature. I usually sleep best when I eat just before bed, but I try not to do that!

Hello! How's you, haven't caught up with you for a while. I don't eat before bed but do drink coffee, so maybe I will try and go without that for a bit and see if that helps xxx

I love my coffee.. but I bought some decaf for late nights, which has helped!
I'm doing fine.. same as usual.. working out and taking care of the kids, that's my life, lol!

Hi gem-rose, I'm afraid I can shed no light on your night time ventures however I feel I should mention that I am also having strange nights with very deep sleeps, broken sleep and vivid, realistic dreams. These dreams are about my waking hours and could very easily happen. I wake up with worry and anxiety only to realise it was all a dream.

I live that way for the most part. It comes from stress and strain on the body. Depression causes this as well. You are probably sleeping on the right arm. I do that alot. This spiritual path you have been tentatively walking down is not working. Some meditation to get to the bottom of it would probably be good.
