I am not a fruit eater. I think I eat fruits very seldom. I guess maybe like up to 5 times only in a year. I know it's bad but I puke whenever I force myself to eat it. Do you have any alternatives? Your responses and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

no way.. there is nothing alternative of fruit no drink or no other thing.
i am also not a fruit eater, but if you dont like eating fruit why not drink their milk shakes or some thing like that?
but i am 100% sure that nothing can ever alternate them
thanks for your discussion

I understand that there is no alternative to real fruits intake. Maybe some day, I will just learn to crave for it. It's not that I don't eat it, but it's very seldom that I have the appetite for fruits.

I can't imagine going through life not eating fruits they are so good. The alternative which will be very good for you is a drink called V8 Splash Smoothies. They come in different flavors and have all the essiential vitamins and minerals that you need. They are really delicious. There is another drink that I can't think of the name of but it has fruits and veggies in it. It should be in the same area of the store as the V8.

Wow it's my first time to hear that V8 Splash smoothies. But even if I don't eat much fruits I am a veggies lover. Isn't that enough to compensate the fact that I am not into fruits?

I don't think there is an alternative- there must be some that don't make you sick. Perhaps it is the attitude that you have that makes you think they will make you ill (i.e it's psychological rather than physical). If not then you may need to see your doctor as even if you eat more vegetables it would be easier to get your recommended vitamin intake with a combination of fruits and vegetables!

I love eating green and leafy vegetables. That's why I don't really care much if i don't eat fruits. But at some point, fruits also help in digestion and metabolism. I am seasonal when it comes to fruits.

Fruits are always good for our Health...
Start reshaping your diet and you only be benefited it in a long run... years later, you only be thankful for a change in a healthy diet, and please add more veggies to at least a day for all weeks diet...

Good thing is that I love veggies. I eat veggies everyday and I also am not fond of eating meats. That's why eating fruits less don;t worry me that much. It's just that it made me think and I know how important fruits are when it comes to a healthy diet. Thanks for the response.

I don't think there's any true "alternative" to fruits.
I am the same way about a lot of green vegetables and some fruits- they make me sick. There aren't really any other foods tha compare to fruits in terms of nutrition (but for taste, there's always fruity candy and gummies, lol). You can always try fruit smoothies or V8 juices to get fruit nutrition with out having to actually eat a piece of fruit.

Hi, due to the fact that I am not a fruit lover, it made me think if there would me an alternative because I am also thinking of my digestion and my digestive system. But smoothies would be great. thanks for responding.

Yeah good thing is that I love to eat vegetables. You think it can compensate my lesser fruit intake?

If you can't eat them why don't you just drink them. One friend of mine also hates eating fruits. But its ok for him to drink fruit juices. You can also make fruit shakes, very good refresher for this hot days.

Hi juggerogre and moonbutters, yeah I prefer fruit shakes than eating the actual fruit. I like both fruit juices and fruit shakes but I am just worried of the too much sugar.
