Sad situation

People who smoke - what an incredible sad situation. I understand that all tobacco products are addictive. Why people do not think that tobacco in any form is bad,then I don't understand it. My girlfriend says if I am going to die then I am going to die smoking. OMG, it is expensive. Then, after seeing my uncle die of lung cancer I could just cry. Even with pain meds he was incredible pain. What a sad loss of life.

Well true, people dont understand, initially starts as fun or out of stress and later they addict and finally they make the affectioned ones alone.

how sad, some of my friends and cousins also smoke and of course due to curiosity, i had also tried smoking maybe about four times but i didn't feel addicted to it. the feeling is like it feels cool in your nose down to your throat. thats just what i felt but then i didn't do it again.
sometimes i joke around my friends who smoke and tell them that if you smoke, you will not get old, its because you'll die even before getting old. ^^,

Yes, it is habit forming but most people smoke for enjoyment. Lung cancer is a possibility if you continue to use it for a long time. I don't personally smoke but think people have the right to smoke if they want. People die of a lot of things. We cannot ban everything or create laws because some people can't use caution. When I'm over 60(if I live that long) I will smoke.
