Hi, I presume you are from India. There is absolutely nothing you need to be a BPO professional. Its just that you have to be extremely fluent in english, especially in conversation. They rarely need other skills, though a little bit of marketing knowledge will actually do you good. Go join some institution for communicative english or, start your own group for practicing conversation. There are plenty of opportunities in BPO sectors. You must be ready to work on any shift. The outbound call centers usually work at night. So you better be prepared for that. Take care God bless you

By outsourcing those works to some BPO outsourcing company, they can earrrrrre because these BPO osssourcing companies are providing this work in much cheap rate. Therefore, I am advising you to outsource your BPO works to some Business process outsourcing companies in Iniia. Their operational charges are very low. Instead of paying for an employee you can pay for a company which is much cheaper.

I am not sure of where you live but here they get minimum wage $7.25 per hour. Requirements are a pulse and type 35 words per minute

Here we get paid a lot. Since you're from india, i can't say how much agents are paid there. In order to pass up as a call center agent, you have to have a good grasp at speaking in english. You'll undergo training so you don't have to worry about opening and closing spills.
