Listening to music is a very healthy habit.It relaxes the mind & body.Listening to light music provides peace n harmony.Moreover type of music can be changed suiting our mood.Heavy or rock music usally makes us dance.Some music even brings the vigour inside us & helps to perform our job @ a faster & steadier pace.Music is a best hobby.Tensed or depressed?Then close u'r eyes,plug in u'r earphones & listen to soothing music.U can immediately feel the tension running away from u.Romantic music brings out the romanticism n u.There r various types of music to suit u'r mood.Even it has been experimentally proved & also listening to music is said to bring up a healthy & sharp mind.

hi,cool,it's really good habit and i too experienced few times when i am in different moods..like sorrow..romantic..happy moods...
Even i observed in one green house where they kept music as a therapy to then to observe the growth difference...interestingly,we observed some good growth where they arranged music...
