do multiple PTC accounts help in earning big online?

i have multiple PTC accounts online that really need a PayPal. my objective is to reach the minimum payout of each of my PTC accounts and then collect them together in my paypal. would this help? i am doing this to upgrade my ClixSense account as it is said to be worth it.

I have been a member of clixsense since they opened...and being upgraded is a very good choice for me...I earn 40-50 cents per day...sometimes more...the upgrade is just $10 for the year...so it is more than worth it for me.

Upgrade ClixSense? Not the best choice. Trying cashing out first and put the money in your account. You may not be so anxious to put your money back in once you actually have it in your account.

For me the best upgrades were: Gagabux and Linkgrand but I paid through the money I earned at these sites, meaning I paid NOTHING from my own pocket.
(and yes, of course you need paypal)
