I hit a policeman and now after I pay they file a case

I hit a police on my way to the city. He suffered open communuted fracture. I billed all his hospital bills. Now he's out but still looking for moral damages. What do you think should I do? Kill him

Did you damage his morals as well? That would be a little difficult to prove, I think.
"Yes, Judge, it was only after I got run down by the defendant that I began cheating on my wife."
Perhaps you need to get a good lawyer (or a good priest).

I don't know if I hit his moral but seems his making money from me. The case is still open but he doesn't want to go on coz I not sheriff yet. I already given 161,000 for the hospital bill and he wants the insurance of the truck also be given to him once cleared
