MSN advertisement bots

Recently, I've been prompted for quite a number of friend requests from MSN that I don't know. Their MSN address is usually super long. Then when I start to chat with then, I realised that they all used italicized words to answer. No matter what answer I gave them, they simply answer the same things. But it seems like that they have improved their method of trying to get you to sign up for things. Previously, it's directly offline message with a link. Now, they have a few answers before they give the link. But they are equally annoying to me. How do you find them?

They are very annoying. They even send me emails saying that they are my new wife?! The when I open them I hear from friends, stop sending me spam. I of course tell them I have no clue what they are gibbering about, but yeah it's very annoying. Hopefully they'll stop soon.
