I am a teen and my parents introduced all these things to me which was good because now I will never go near them. You should teach your kids so they know what not to do. Also, let them drink once and dont tell them what a hangover is until they have one, they will never want to drink again.

I think I'd rather teach those kinda things to my kids myself than for them to learn elsewhere. LoL. I just hope he doesn't get too hooked on drinking and smoking. I mean it's okay cause it's part of life, to drink and smoke occasionally, I don't have a problem with that, but I want my kids to learn about self-control and moderation. Anything that is too much isn't too good.

I think, sure it enough difficult to be parent of teenaging. Maybe, I prefer to let them know but only know, I will explaine how the positif or negatif if you drinking, smooking, going to clubs. How the good friend, Everybody need to socialize, I would like they have many friend but the important is they have principle in life. So, what we do or teach at home, just for build their character and have the pronciple.

Currently raising a teenager i prefer not to introduce the vices to her. She will be exposed to them when the time comes and if we did introduce them perhaps it would be earlier then fate would have. We have spoken about effects and consequences of different vices. We do speak regularly about them in case new questions or comments come up. I know it is going to come and we as parents just need to be prepared for that day just as our parents were.
Life is about experiences and mistakes, as a parent you want them to all be wonderful and nothing bad. However living your own life getting to parent hood you were not always perfect so you have to accept your children and help steer them towards a healthy positive path and guide them through the rough patches some will listen some will not.

I would never expose these things to my children, and I don't do them myself. We are a Christian family, and I teach my children NOT to do these things. And they would not be allowed to do these things and live at home.

Introduce my children to vices? Wow, now that's a strange one. My answer is NO, I will make them aware of their effects and trust that they will not go down that lane. I am a Christian and intend to bring them up that way. I intend to bring them up to have good values and not go down the path of immorality.

i will in the future let my child know the danger to all that are listed above and tell them the bad and the good things about it. i won't allow them to experiment with there friend unless they are old enough to do so then i really don't give a care what they do just don't go to jail for it

being a parent you must not be the one to introduce that vices to your children instead you must teach them other things that will interest them like to do some sports or music or something that will make them physically and mentally healthy because what parents do was to guide their children to be good
