i spend most of my time to text-message friends, so maybe it's approximately it's 2-3 hours a day i use a cellphone.
Text-message is almost free in my country, so i can say i get a liitle bit of addicted to the text-message, beside myLot of course:p

Well, I only use it to wake me up in the morning, so I see it once at night when I fix the alarm and once in the morning when I switch it off. Otherwise, I only have a look on it when somebody phones me to see who is calling and, of course, to attend it. The reason to buy the cellphone was that my family/friends and people from work could reach me any time. Otherwise, I would not use it.

Aside from calling and texting, I only use my phone as an alarm clock every morning that I have to get up and work. Sometimes I play Suduko if I am not yet sleepy at night. I usually put my phone on top of my desk when I work, so if there is an important message or call, I can always attend to it. I never leave the house without my cellphone, but there are instances that I unintentionally left it at home, but it's okay. I can live without it for a day.
