lip cut , hard lump

some 10 days before i fell down on my face . i got my teeth inside my lips . it had swollen with a deep cut in the upper side inside my mouth.since it has healed . i feel a hard lump on that part . how to get rid of that .help me

As long as it is not painful you are probably okay. More than likely it is scar tissue although 10 days is not a very long time. IT may still go away on it's own.

Its called scar tissue and eventually it will get smaller and smaller till you dont notice it anymore. I am not sure if there is really any way to get rid of it. I just recommend time. Good luck.
