Just in case you don't recognize her, she's from the MTV reality show the Hills.
Here are list of procedures that made her look like a living barbie.
1.Newer, bigger boob job (she’s DDD now, the biggest the doctor would put in)
2.Butt implants
3. Liposuction on waist, hips, inner & outer thighs
4. Fat injections in cheeks and lips
5. Brow lift
6. Chin reduction
7. Another nose job
8. Ears pinned back
9. Neck liposuction
10. Botox (and remember, she’s only 23!)
When asked why? Here's what she has to say: "I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a “Jay Leno chin”; they’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, “Whoa! That’s me!” I was an ugly duckling before."
Don't get me wrong, I don't really see anything wrong with seeking a little help for physical improvement but this is just way too much for her. I think she is prettier before she had the surgery. What do you think?

Yeah I heard about that, as I'm sure a lot of people did since its been all over TV news shows and such. its her business what she chooses to do with her face and body, but in my opinion its a bit too much my goodness I dont see anything wrong with maybe having one or two procedures done but TEN! OMG! and she was attractive before she had all that stuff done why go that far? dont get me wrong I can imagine that living life in the hollywood spotlight can put a lot of emotional and physiological pressure on a person especially if you dont have thick skin emotionally.
With that said I dont see anything wrong with getting a little somthing done if its not too extreme, but to go to a big extremes, and almost risk your life or health for physical perfection is just not worth it to me, and its kind of shocking to see an already attractive girl make such drastic and permanent changes to themselves, I saw what Heidi looks like now, and though shes still attractive I thought she looked more natural and radiant before, meaning no disrespect to her its really not my place to judge I'm purely just expressing my opinion and wish her the best.

Yeah like I said getting one or even to procedures done if only to improve ones self-esteem seems ok, but to risk her life and completely alter her appearance seems really extreme to me my goodness! maybe there's somthing more going on inside to make a person want to go that far, because she was really pretty and youthful looking before, it seems really strange for someone so attractive to do that to themselves. she looks almost like a completely differnt person.
Everyone has some little feature about themselves that they wish were a little better but I would not go that far and change what my mother, father and nature gave me to look like someone else. thats why its kind of shocking to see someone else do it without giving it a second thought, meaning no disrespect to anyone who might be considering such surgery's.

Yea I heard about this 2 months ago or so and was taken aback, because Heidi looked perfectly fine before she had this surgery and now she looks like a literal walking barbie doll. Now she looks so fake..! Her excuse for getting all these surgical procedures in my opinion is pretty pathetic. I have been teased far more than she has mentioned..about my chin, nose, teeth, freckles, so many things. Do you see me going out and getting plastic surgery? No. Even though I have been teased a insurmountable amount of times I have learned to love myself just the way I am through it all. I think Heidi should have done the same thing instead of letting all of the peoples snide comments get to her. If everyone gave into comments like these, then we would all go broke due to the plastic surgery costs. Its not worth it. People need to learn to love, accept and embrace themselves the way they were originally made. :) Heidi looked beautiful before the procedures, and now just looks like the person everyone said they wanted her to be. "FAKE".

i think your perfect the way ya are, some people just talk because their jealous, but a young woman going under the knife because of something someone said is just plain crazy all these things makes the person. look im 60 and just moved to a community where most of the women there have had so many facial procedures that if they had another face lift they wouldn't have any skin left on their feet, talk about tight omg they cant even smile. im just an ordinary guy who likes women the way they are and the less makeup the better. btw i just love girls with freckles, must be the irish in me

She definitely looked better before. I don't believe in plastic surgery unless you need it due to a bad accident or birth related. I believe when you have plastic surgery especially on your face you never come out looking better. You always come out looking totally fake. I see it as messing with Gods creation. Look at Joan Rivers she looks horrible. As for a boob job, down the line they will regret that too. Most men rather touch a real boob not a fake one. Plus the majority of men like a real women not a fake one from head to toe.

I think she really need to talk to a shrink. At least to be able to know that her insecurity just not good for her. With that amount of money she spent on plastic surgery she can actually use them for other thing better than just to cover up self insecurity which is other people don't care anyway because she's already pretty. Just hope she realize it tough.

That is so true and now that she had already started on this procedures there is a big possibility that she will undergo another surgery just for her to feel good about herself. She needs help and she has to resolve her inner issues rather than change what is outside.

Some people get addicted to plastic surgery. Case in point, Michael Jackson.

I also think she looked better pre-surgery. Actually, in The Hills before the surgery, she was pretty. But after her surgery, she became really ugly. She looked and seem fake. I agree with you. I think it is okay to have one surgery but having 10 surgeries in one day or even in 1-5 years is too much.

Good lord she sure must have a lot of money to be able to transform herself like that. Nearly nothing about her is real? and she is only 23? I feel so sorry for her LOL I guess there must be some satisfaction to having all that done. Its never enough? so all I would have to do is pick on her a few more times and that will make her do more stuff to her body?

I don't see anything wrong with her before chin O_o. I find it so sad that people so young decide to turn into rubber dolls. Also those huge fake boobs never look good on anyone.
But hey, it's her own body so only her has the right to decide. I have the right to dislike it though

It can't be helped if celebrities opt to have something in their bodies reconstructed. The pressure to be beautiful in Hollywood is great. You're like this fish inside a fish bowl, and everyone is taking a peek of your life. The only privacy they get is when they are inside their homes, unless some really nasty paparazzi finds a way to snap home photos. If you look good in Hollywood, you'll make it to the best dressed....if not, the worst dressed or the ugliest. But I think what matters is that after tons of surgeries, the emotional aspect of the person must be looked into as well. Some celebs have experienced traumatic situations that the only way for them to shine is by joining the Hollywood bandwagon. Yeah, you're beautiful, but too broken , vulnerable, easily hurt....

I think she looked so much better before the procedure. Now she looks just fake and plastic. It just goes to show how pressure can make people do these things, especially in showbusiness. But then, LA is known as the Plastic Surgery Capital of the world, so is it any wonder?

I am a huge fan of the show The Hills (I'm so sad it's over now) and have been following it and the stars closely ever since it premiered. When Heidi first got plastic surgery a few years ago I thought why would she do this. I thought she was a beautiful girl before she had any surgery done. I thought that ok well maybe this is just minor and she will stop. When I heard about her getting 10 procedures I couldn't believe it though. I thought she had finally snapped. Its just very outrageous for anyone to get that much done to themselves. I found nothing wrond with her before she went under the knife as I said she was a beautiful girl and looked better than in my opinion. I really hope for her sake that she is finally done with plastic surgery. She already looks like a life size barbie doll and what more else can she do. (Well actually I heard she wants to get bigger boobs - Hs for Heidi).

I read about that in People magazine..she suffered for weeks. I can't imagine doing something like that and I agree she looked a lot more real and naturally beautiful before the surgery. But I guess being a woman-we pick ourselves apart and set unrealistic standards-I know she's in the public eye and all and you have to look good-but I still think she went wayyy too far though

Absolutely! Super model Paulina Porizkova commented that Heidi Montag is gone from pretty to pretty weird. Her face is so stretched and her boobies are scary. It is sad to think about how innocent her looks before and what more she could do to make changes in her body.
