What happened to PTC-Investigations?

PTC-Investigations was a PTC review site that many, many people could trust. It was also where I went to check if a site was scam or legit. They had a huge master list of PTC sites, a list of legit, paying and scam sites. But now if I type in http://ptc-investigations.blogspot.com/, then I get a blog not found error? Do you know what happened to this amazing review site?
