Jack In The Box: Milkshakes!

I was at Jack in the Box earlier today and purchased a strawberry milkshake. While I sitting and slurping the ice cold milky goodness of it all, I read on the menu board that the strawberry milkshake contained 1,120 calories! Holy cow! I quit drinking it! I know it seems like a waste of money, but my husband is crazy skinny (no matter what he eats!) finished it instead.
I wish more places listed their caloric content of their food. I need to start paying better attention!

Scarey sometimes isn't it. A small treat is better than none at all, or splitting it with a skinny friend or husband.It seems anything I eat out just piles the pounds on me.
