What is the best college to go to to party on the weekends in all the world? Not that i well be attending any of these schools seeing as i almost faild high school.

Any college university can be good but you need to conduct for some researches or ask somebody else who knows about the school you would like to take for your college studies. Some of these schools are way too expensive that only rich individuals can afford but their quality of education is very nice.
