So many people will go to park and they will do some normal excersize and they will walk through out the park. As the same case some people who love to go for a gym and they will prepare their body by lifting some weight and they will maintain their body structure. So my question is Which one is better to adopt as daily routine in your life, Walking and doing excersize in the park OR strengthen the muscles by doing GYM?

Both are great- it depends on which one you prefer and also why you are exercising. For example you may want to build some muscle which isn't going to happen by just walking. I would choose walking as I enjoy the fresh air so that would be my own choice. Either is good as long as you stick with it

It prefers doing my own routine, I am not of meeting to the gymnasia. It is true that if you are going to the park to walk or run, you must not pay a monthly quota as if it happens in a gymnasium. Equal this depends much on the taste of every person and on his physical condition.

if there's a park nearby i prefer walking there. i am thinking my muscles would become hard and too refined if i do gym. i am slim enough i guess so i only need regular exercise to remain healthy and not for building beautiful body. i mean i'm fine with my figure. so natural exercises like walking is enough to make me feel good.

as daily routine? I'd go for a walk in the park. It's SO easy to do and it's free. You can do a simple walk, brisk walk, jog and then run. As for the gym, you can visit it every other day if you're into lifting weights.

It's all very well to keep the body to remain healthy. Do it with routine, results will be amazing.

Walking in the open air park will be beneficial compared to that of walking in Gym.
Inorder to maintain the body one can walk in the park. For people who wish to reduce their weight tremendously should walk in a treadmill and when they reach their desired weight can walk in open ground or park.

As others have posted above me, it really depends upon the person. I, myself, prefer walking outdoors over a visit to the gyms for a few reasons. 1-It's free, and saves me money. 2-I get some sun, and for me the outdoors always provides different scenery every day because my neighbors do something different outside every day. I've gone to the gym in the past, but I've found it's pretty much the same day after day and I need that little variation in scenery that I can only find when walking through my neighborhood.

I prefer to walk in the park and do some exercise there. because in park you can smell fresh air (specially in the morning) and you can see a lot of people doing exercise too unlike in gym because of the environment there you cant inhale fresh air and aside from that in gym you need to pay before you enter unlike in the park its free.

I would think that the gym would be a better choice, as it exercises you more, and also you can do it (work out) no matter what the weather and without distractions. But, either way, at least you will be getting some exercise and try to do whatever is most enjoyable.

if you plan to have your muscles toned up and you have a lot of spare time and money then i suggest going to gym was better to adopt but if you just want a normal exercise and your not a rush to toned up your body and muscles then choose walking in the park as a daily routine less expensive and dont require a lot of time and too much money

Personally, I would prefer a walk in the park as it is pretty relaxing. I would highly doubt a few hours in the gym is relaxing. So for a daily routine, a walk would be pretty good, plus, you would need to pay for the gym but not the for the park
