i believe that it is only very, very rare that one has to change phones. i might say if one's line of work involves the use of hi-tech phones then one should really invest in this. however, what a phone can do, now a laptop can. so maybe it is wiser to invest in a laptop since it can do more than what cellphones can no matter how hi-tech a phone is. you can use your own laptop in an office and still appear professional but you cannot use a phone to search data in the web in the office for it would look the other way around. just my opinion.

I think it is almost always a good idea to change your cell phone unless you are just in love with yours. Even if you aren't into technology it's still a good idea to keep up with it, not saying everyone needs a smartphone but I do think nowadays you at least should have internet access if you need it. There are many times when I or someone I know has been somewhere where there is not cell signal but data is still availavle. Also to keep a working phone and in good condition. Now if you have all this with your phone you have had forever by all means keep it for a while, or my personal favorite option is upgrade and keep that great phone as a backup and avoid a $6.00+ monthly insurance cost and a $50+ deductable. Be your own insurance provider and save a ton of money every year ($70 or more per year per line).

i think it depends from people!!Normally phone is a real personal thing so it depends what youexpect from your device and even you would like to be up-to-date soon as regards the phone market in general!!So in many cases people change phone often because they want some features that for the past models they were not available..in other cases there are people who simply like to have the last model!!May beif you buy a good phone you can change every 2-3 years and so nto so often..in this way you cna save...

It depends what type of cell phone user you are. If you like new technology I would say yes. Personally I love to text, browse internet and be on application so I try to update my phone at least once a year. But some people do not use any of those features and simply just want to talk on the phone when they can so they have no need for it.

In my opinion, it is a good idea to change your cellphone. The reason why is basically because of things dealing with signal and call quality. I am with verizon, and two years ago, I had the LG chocolate. I remember how the signal was terrible and how when I would send a text, the message would sometimes not even reach the other persons phone. Now, when I got my Motorola Droid, the call quality was much better, I had signal, even when I would go into Metros sometimes. Also, all my texts would be sent, with no connection problems. So, in my opinion, it is a good idead to change your phone, and keep up to date with todays phones.

I change my phone depending on my needs. I look at the specifications of a newly released phone and thinks if I really needed the phone because of a particular feature. If yes, I earn for it and I even sell my old phone just to add my funds. And then, whoala!., I have a new phone and hapy about it.

I think it depends on the individual and the circumstances surrounding it. I suually change my cell phone, every year, but it does get expensive to do so. The reason for changing phones is that new ones are always coming out, and I like to keep up with the technology. I have always bought a phone, and after I do, then something better comes out, so then I am disappointed I didn't wait. The phone I have now, I had done a lot of research on, and I doubt I will change it like I have the others. Mine does do everything that I need it to, has all the features that I could ever want or use. Mine is really like a pocket computer, so I will keep it and not change that soon, this time. The only thing that would want me to change phones, is when they come out with a newer model of the phone I have now, which I think they will be coming out with next year sometime. I will still wait more than a year to change my phone, if not longer. Take care, and have a very good day.

I think it's unwise to often change your phone cause it's a waste of money, I only change my cell phone if it is unusable or out of aged, I buy cellphone that is durable and I am satisfied so that I don't have to often change my cell phone.
Good day. Happy MyLotting..
