my previous account not working

Sorry but members such as me might not be of help here and most likely we are going to point your issue directly at the customer support. You can easily contact them via a form about your account and probably they might fix it at a short period of time. Anyway, this is my own old account and I never logged in for several months and here again that I suddenly came back posting some good replies and information without any problems.
