Fact or Myth: Is Chocolate an Aphrodisiac?

Hi. charmed007. I am not sure if chocolate is an Aphrodisiac. I do know that chocolate does help to relax the mind and the body. It relieves stress when a person eats it. Dark chocolate is very healthy for a person too.

I think that chocolate can satisfy you enough that it may seem like an aphrodisiac. Apparently some do consider that chocolate is indeed an aphrodisiac. The way it makes you feel when you taste it melting in your mouth is truly heavenly. As a chocoholic, I can assure you that chocolate lifts our moods, gives us energy and all round good feelings, so I can see why some consider it as an aphrodisiac, for sure.
