I am a trader and investor in stocks since 1991 and futures market since 2007. possibilities of money making are plenty as well for losing hard earned money also. it depends on how one wants to participate there. best option for a newbie would be to learn the basics of investing first and then graduate to trading. every day in stock market is a day for learning as there is a new thing there to learn while making or losing money - investing or trading.
