Do you often change the password of our email account or any other similar?

It is said a good habit to change your password often. But I am not so willing to change any of my passwords. Have you ever lost the password and could not get into your account(i.e email account)any more? I once did loss the password of my email, and could not recover it by answering questions. I have no choice but to register a new email.

If I were to change my passwords every so often,it would really confuse me.I choose a password about something that no person alive knows about me.I never change it.I choose secret questions about things no one knows about me also.Never pick answers that someone may know.

I have the same idea as yours, but sometimes I have to tell the password to somebody to let he/she do something for me. And sometimes, I have to input my password on other people's computer. In this case, I will think about to change the password, but I could not find out so many private meaningful passwords.

I rarely changed passwords for free email providers as I normally set strong passwords in the beginning. I'd rather prefer to change the passwords, if I know someone is on a lookout for my email address. Although, I set a unique password for each site, I have never lost it as I remember them well. And yes, even I don't know the questions I answered when I first created my email way back years ago But I don't plan on forgetting any of my passwords...

It is not my habit to change my email password because I am a little bit busy , I prefer to stick to one password but when in term of security I open my account in my computer most of the time.
