with or you just go to that school or university because you just want to go there with no definite reason at all? During my elementary my family sent me to the school nearest to where we are living. It is for them to be able to see me and guard me. When I finished elementary and going to high school, they give me 2 options on where to study. It is either I will study in private or in public. I chose to study in a public school because I know that when I go to college, my expenses will be bigger. Aside from that, there is nothing wrong studying in a public school. I also take my college degree in a public school and it is near to us. We don't have much money and my health is not good during those times. As of now, I am planning to take my Master's Degree in one of the best university here in our country. I see that more new doors will open for me if I came from a well know university aside from having a good grades. How about you?

It's true that a school's prestige follows its graduates because employers usually look at the eduational background of the person aside from work experience. But some people get the job just because they have something different and unique about themselves. It's a current trend nowadays. Congratulations for getting accepted.

hi enaya..thanks for the respond. I am still not accepted. I still have to take an interview and exam but hopefully I will be admitted on the university. I support what had you said about school's prestige. That was what one of my professors had said that is why even he is not rich he still try hard to study to those universities which are known here. He said that it is like an investment.

well, selecting a school was purely my parents choice.but now its college admission time and now i will have to select.well,i only hope that whichever college i get into i hope that atleast one of my school friends should be there.the college infrastructure should be good and the student studying there should be very intelligent so to get that serious environment at the same time party people.

Me and my parents really do consider those factors. The factors we consider in picking the right school is the Distance. It is one the important factor because of the commuting and the fare. Another one is the Security. My parent wants me to be very secured and they want me to be out of harm. Another things is the Tuition fee. We are not that rich to choose schools who are very expensive. I was in private school during my elementary and got transferred to public during high school. the last one is way the school educate the students. Even though the school is not that popular or expensive. It can give the best education needed by the student. Luckily I am enrolled in that school. There are so many factors that to be considered in choosing the type of school you will be going.

Yes i also consider some factors in choosing school. the first one, the school should near to my house so that i will not spend more money for my fare, the second is the school should have a best quality education i don't care if its public or private school. the third one is they have at least good facilities even though they have a high tuition fee as long as i can gain more knowledge on it and if its really worth it to pay that tuition fee. And right now some companies that hiring also see your educational background if you study in reputable university or colleges. So its good to consider choosing a good school even though it cost a lot of penny.

In my elementary years we also chose the school nearest to us. Luckily that school is the best in our town. When I went to High School we chose the school that can provide me the best education to prepare me on college. That school is what we think as the best high school in our province. The most important decision in my student days is which school to go to in college. I only wanted to enter the best University here in our country. Thank God I passed the entrance exam because I didn't take any other College Exams during my last year in High School. So in short I chose the school that will provide me the best education and at the same time not that expensive so my parents can handle the expenses.

For me it is a factor that you have a degree in a prestigious school and especially a university.... but anything can change, you never know... blood is thicker than water.
