Can I withdraw my account in paypal & alertpay even it is unverified?
Please help me MyLot.. I need your opinion

To withdraw money from your paypal account you have to have a verified bank account they do this to stop money going into the wrong account x

You can spend your money in PayPal or transfer it to another PayPal account even with a unverified personal account. But withdrawing the money through a bank means that you have a debit/credit card account linked to your PayPal account. I think this is what being verified means (i.e., you have a real-world account linked to your PayPal account).

what about in alertpay can I transfer it to PGX then receive money from western union without getting verified?

in alertpay yes you can withdraw your earnings even if your unverified but in paypal no, you need to verify your account first. if your from philippines theres 2 option to use if you dont have credit card. you can apply for the new smart money card or eon card from union bank. they dont requires you to have maintaining balance though theres an annual pay for it. its just easy to verify if you already have those. in smart money it only takes within 1 week to get the card though in eon sometimes it took them 1 month before you get it, it actually depends.
