Okay, so here I am trying to get a situation taken care of for my cell phone service, and I have ran into a huge mess. I have had someone hang up on me, someone give me bad information and someone who didn't know their head from the shoe they are wearing on their foot.
Yes, I must admit I am pretty angry at this point, but, that goes with the territory of having to deal with customer service reps who don't honestly know their job. I am now trying once again with another office and hoping that I can get someone to pull the cotton from their ears and discover they actually know something about the job they are performing. Then again, I wonder if that is possible.
Do you run into problems with bad customer service? Do you find that it is happening more and more these days? Is it a huge pain or what????

I get so annoyed when ever I have to call cuustomer service centers! I try to explain my situation and they always think they are right! Isn't the customer sppose to always be right?? LOL! What I have been doing lately when I need help is going to online chat. I don't seem to get so annoyed with this process. Most companies have online chat now a days! Good luck!

I wish the company that I am dealing with has online chat, that may make me less upset.
Think I am spent for the day, I have been ill since Friday and having to deal with this stuff has been the biggest pain ever. I am so exhausted at this point from dealing with it all. :(

I feel for you. Customer service has gone down the tubes. If you are dealing with a major phone carrier try going to an independent store site to get help. They are usually friendly and knowledgable about the items they have. The store run sites have customer service reps that simply read from a script. They have no clue as to what they are talking about and probably have never seen the device you are trying to get help with.
Some of the reasons for the customer service problems have to due with the economics of things. They hire people making as little as possible, so they are not paying to have quality people and they are getting what they pay for. The other side of that is they are not putting the money out to train the ones they do have.
