Have you ever had a phobia after having an accident?

About two years ago, when my boyfriend and I was coming back from a town, about dusk I hit a deer. And it seems to have left some kind of an impact on me. Or some phobia of some kind. Of course, now I dread deer season. But, my boyfriend tells me now that I swerve a lot, because I'm afraid something is going to jump out and get me. Has anything like that ever happen to you? To where you've been in some kind of accident and it just leaves a mark of some kind?

Hello in my place we have a say; the mother of a kid is afraid of even a rope on the floor, if her kid was beaten by a snake', you may call it phobia..
i faced a severe road accident long back, till today i think some vehicle may dash me any time..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.

Probably yes, but only with food. I once bought a packet of crumpets and at them will jam spread over the top of them, I think I ended up eating about 6 within the hour, I fell ill for a week after that, so never again have I eaten crumpets and jam, the thought and sight of them just makes me sick... :)
