This site find-referrals.com is it real, anyone familiar with it?

I just stumbled upon it and registered, but when I wanna check their 'methods' to get refs every area says you gotta be upgraded member which costs $10, so I'm kind of sceptic...I dont wanna throw my money away to find something I already know and it doesn't work..they have up pics proving 500+ refs, but is it really real? what are their sources, methods?

that's why I'm here. I always find te right answers here! :] so I'm waiting for someone's answer who knows it, tho to me it's pretty much a scam if you have to pay first to able to se ANYTHING.

It is a legit website, the owner is very trusted. They are paying and people claim it's decent.
