Do your statistics often make you ineligible for surveys?

I feel like the majority of surveys that I attempt - I get disqualified, usually right after saying I'm 19 with no kids and live in Minnesota. Even for things like shopping surveys, which you would think would apply to me, especially, because I am a shopaholic! Do you feel the same way?

Surveyor always have target respondent for every survey. Demographic, occupation, job etc are important for appropriate survey. This is important to avoid miss in result of the survey. They will do it very selective due to the important aim of the survey. Result of the survey can be tool to make critical decision. We have to be honest when take the survey. Just answer with your condition. I've get invited fore more than 15 times from many survey sites but none finish completely. I never eligible for the survey. But, they always give me reward every take a survey. For example, in GlobalTestMarket, I get 5 market points for every one survey even if I am not eligible for the survey. I suggest you to be honest for every survey. You won't never know what kind of respondent they need. Perhaps, someday you will get your survey. Good luck!

I AM honest for every survey I take. Otherwise it would defeat the purpose of their survey and screw up their data collection. I just find it strange that RARELY do any surveys apply to people in my demographic; seeing as how young adults are usually the most consumeristic demographic out there.

Yes I often get rejected, in fact I am thinking of not wasting anymore time with these things. I am on the other end, to old and to common.

I hardly ever get to do surveys because I work at a TV Station so I am tainted by all the commercials that I see everyday. D:
