Who can understand a woman better? A man or a woman?

Neither. Each person (man or woman) is an individual and only they can understand themselves. Some women are very open with their thoughts and feelings and if the man/woman at the other end is sensitive enough, they will be receptive to the woman and be able to understand her. Both these conditions need to be fulfilled for ANYONE to understand a woman. Otherwise, she is the only one who knows herself best. Some women (or maybe most) show different aspects of their personality to different people....so each one's perception of the same woman can be different from the other. But if one needs to generalize, maybe women understand other women better...at least know that the woman isn't opening up or that she might be showing only one aspect of her personality. Women tend to relate to each other better that way and sometimes can read between the lines (which also sometimes lead to confusions and problems..lol)

Only one woman can understand another woman.Here too, there needs to e a bit of extra sensitivity and ability to look at things from another person's view point.This is with some people but definitely a woman can understand another woman better because women have many thoughts and complications in their mind and they would immediately understand why another woman behaves in a particular manner. Men need to be told .FOr them, things have to be in black and white,.Women can understand facial expressions and body language of another woman much better.

A woman perhaps is better understood by a man.

I think only woman can understand their own species. Since they are called the weaker beings, women are easily influenced by their surroundings. Their minds are wired in such complexities so you men are not able to fathom the depth of a woman's mind. If you show them love, like a candle they will just melt when the heat of love is intense but when you ill treat them they will become lunatic and make your world upside down.

It depends on the individual because some men are sensitive enough to feel connected to women in many situations.

hi,bala,both understood well but the priority and preference of issues may differ...women can understand well about their inner feelings,health point of view and women related issues.But men also understand well,but pertaining to security angle,protection and likings and disliking of her.But women are more jealous about women than men.

I guess it pretty much depends. There are women who are more masculine and there are men that have a more feminine touch. I'm not saying these are people who are homosexual, but off course also that could be the case. The reason I bring this up is to illustrate that no two people think alike. The fact you are a woman or a man does not determine how you think, and we all have different values. You understand each other if you have experienced the same type of experiences, have the same interest of the same religion. Those are the things that bind us and help us overcome difficulties. The only things that are easier to understand from woman to woman are having your period and being pregnant I guess .

It is true that it is very difficult to fathom a woman's mind ,a good understanding is alwase nessessory .It may be possible that a man better understand a woman feelings who is her good fraind.In these day a girl is more attach to their father becase they better understade them.

hi balasri why another woman of course, we women more or less trust each other and we know what we are like so we do understand each other a lot more than a poor unsuspecting husband or boy friend would. to them we are a puzzle to another woman we are a lot easier to read. b eing a woman is a bond to other women most all the time.

Although a woman is more likely to relate to another woman than a man would, I am not sure that anyone can ever be fully understood by another. It is up to each person to open up and divulge inner thoughts and feelings in order to be understood. Having said and speaking for myself, I would be more likely to confide my inner emotions to another woman before a man.

no one can understand anyone's mind. women can not understand the minds of men, and vice versa, man. can not understand the minds of women. very difficult to understand each other, the important thing is do not be selfish. so women and men understand each other even though not fully.

I think that is a hard question because gender roles have been broken over the last 10 years. Where I can connect with women, I understand men better because that is how my mind works. I don't think that any one kind of person can better connect with another all because of gender. I think it takes common ground and like interests to be able to understand another person. So many more women are goal oriented outside of the home and on the other side I know husbands and partners that have taken over the care of the home and children because of work was not available to them as it is the woman in the houshold. Maybe be some 10 - 20 years ago it was a woman understands a woman, but with our changing world today, I really think it comes down to human interests and even different levels of intellegance that make the difference.

I have never met a man that understands women not even the gay ones!! I would say that women understand each other

Generally speaking, since they are the same gender, women can understand each other better. Men usually are clueless of how the mind of a woman operates. We are usually more emotional, we rely on our instincts and we do not usually say what we mean. I mean, we say it differently which the male species can't get.

well i'm a guy but actually women can understand women MUCH better than men. wen they are in love...it seems as if they know each other the best but thats not the truh...its the side-effect of love that makes them think so.But only women can fathom a women minds!!

I think a woman understand women better, because woman more wiling to hear than men. I mean we facing the same problem in our life and we know the best way to handle it. Even if we can not handle it we now how to make my fellow woman feel better.

In my opinion, neither man nor woman will understand better than you. But in this case perhaps because the woman .. I do not know why and perhaps because a woman.

a woman can be easily understood by a woman also..they share a lot of personalities that a woman possess..
