Hello girls.. I know I am not the only one who is experiencing this. So I would like to ask any of you to share your advice when it comes to menstruation. I have an irregular cycle. Sometimes I am delayed for two months before I have my period. Also there are others who experience a longer delay but I am bothered about this. I noticed that I am having pimples whenever this kind of delays occur. What do you think should I do to regularize my cycle? Or is there a way? Aside from taking pills of course. Thank you in advance.

It's common for women of all ages to experience cycles at seemingly "irregular" times. Unfortunately, most doctors are so intent on make women "regular" that they don't pay attention to the fact that women who do not have monthly cycles are as regular as those who do. And don't try to "regulate" your periods by getting on birth control - that is a very dangerous game. Birth control doesn't have a long history, therefore, doctors really don't know much about it. Use it for what it's is meant for and nothing else. Taking it potential cause miscarriages (like in my sister).
As far as the pimples go, you're young and that's just your hormones girl. It could take up to a couple of years for the pimples to die down.
Of course, you should always consult a doctor, preferably a female OBGYN for any issues you're having.
