How to send scanned copy of pancard to Mturk?

Hi friends, From last one month I'm working with mturk and now i'm going to request my first payout, According to their rules we need to submit them birth date, & Pancard, EPIC or passport number, and scanned copy of anyone of them, Now my question is how to submit them scanned copy of my pancard? First i thought i can send them through my email id, so i has sent them support ticket for my query but they said that currently they can't receive information through email and asked me to send scanned copy of pancard. Anyone who worked with Mturk please help me.

HI,
I doonot much of Mturk, BUt its very easy to scann panned card, if you have printer just scanned your panned card in it, save your file on computer then when mturk ask to uplaod scanned just upload it.
If you doonot have then go to near by cyber cafe, ask them that you want scan you pan card , they will do it, then save copy on email id,At home just uplaod it from your email to your comp and then when mturk gives option to upload your scann panncard , just upload it and submit.

i have not used mturk for about a year or so so im not sure what all has changed about that site or if anything has changed at all... so im not all that sure on wut to do about that.. sorry.. maybe there is a way to send them that stuff directly, like maybe u could send them a link to a site with ur information in it that they need so that u can get ur payment soon..
