Yes he can make it for a second time. Because all in all he has a good performance.

how can he be up to the task of becoming president when he is being stubborn and turning down international help for oil spill clean up and not really having plans for what's going on in IRaq and Afghanistan. The way most see it on the news is that he has fallen behind and he has lost many votes of people who voted for him before and who may still vote democrat next term as long as he isn't in the picture. Nothing has helped and what he has promised the middle class is not happening. He'd rather focus on his own agendas than to actually do the work that needs to be done to clean it.

In our country our constitution doesn't allow the president to be a president again. That's our constitution law say.
If its allowed in your country to run again for president position. I guess Obama can take his second term. Even if he has lots issues that he is facing now, he is still surviving it. That is my own opinion.

I surely hope he will if he will stick to his promises and do more than what he has promised.
