I ahev been thinking of these most times. I wouldn't say am thinking of living only on water alone, but as a matter of fact, If I get my chance I will do that. Can you share with me any information on this topic. I want to read anything on water as I am researching on water. Thanks alot for reading and for your comments. Happy Mylot Day!!!

It is my understanding you can survive without food for quite some time, especially if you have significant body fat, but water is a daily requirement. I don't know if taking vitamin and mineral supplements would solve the problem. I would think that the stomach would need to be reset once you do stop, reintroducing food in small amounts until it gets used to it again.

Haaa, that great.. thanks for the input, Can we consider Raw water from fruits and vegetable, like melon, tomatoes and the likes. I thin k this waters have some kind of natural enzymes to keep the body system functioning as required. what about that? Thanks for your responds!

Yes, one can fulfill one's water needs by foods with water, as long as the nutritional needs are also met.

For several day, I guess. But for long-- I really doubt if it's even possible. But then there are people such as Gandhi or great Buddhists who were able to do this. Speaking for myself, I don't think I can do it far long enough without solid intake. Water is good, but its substance or nutrients are not enough to sustain and support me with the work I do.

Very well, I understand you...thanks a lot. I think if you are involved in physical work, its just impossible to live solely on water. Now, if one can actually live on water, which kind of water? is the rainy water appropriate or from the sea or river...? Love ya comment....

Hello Edzornam, I think it is possible to live without the intake of any food except water. I think human can manage to survive just by drinking water only. And as you said, also some water or liquid from fruits. It is actually healthier, I think if we just drink water and fresh juices from the fruits. Take care and happy mylotting red_amethyst

Yeah, Like I think. Because I think we humans have been configured from birth to eat solid food. You know the first thing we eat initially is milk, from water, if we had continue like that. Thanks Red', have fun!!!

I think anyone can live by water alone but of course, you are not gonna get all the proper nutrition that you need to have. There's a lot of percentage of water in the body and the body needs a lot of water so I think the body can still survive.

I think it's possible for a few number of days but not a lifetime. I have read that someone crash dieted and call it water therapy. They just put lemon juice on the lukewarm water and drink it. I don't think it's healthy and I will definitely not survive drinking water without any food at all.

hhaah, you thin k you cant do it? I think you can, SAY I CAN DO EVERYTHING...you have that power dear! Ok, I dont want to add anything....if anything at all, I will love pure watermelon not even orange. I think if you add live to the water and drink without food for a week you will look very lean, yu will loose great amout of weight...I don't wanna loose weight, please.... Hmm, am still thinking, there must be a way to customise the body to live on water alone...

there's no going around the green, veggies have lots of anti-oxidant that helps develop your child memory.fortunately, there are lovely ways to serve them, hide tem in meatballs:red meat is a great source of iron, which promotes mental alertness,or serve them as cheerful sticks with delicious dips..
