ICC T20 should be hosted in some other countries.

Hi friends,
The ICC T20 world cup is hosted by west indies and today we came to the finals of league matches in this world. From tomorrow there will be super eight rounds. Due to rain some team has suffered a lot from D/L method. England has attacked west indies bowling and run flows from england batsmen. But due to rain and by D/L method windies have won the game. If it happens in super eight round, there should some problem for some teams. So we can't predict the team which will make to semis, i think so.

Yes, the West Indies weather is not very suitable for playing cricket at the moment. We already saw several matches ending up in D/L method which many team captains are not happy about. Also, the out field is very slow making it very difficult for the batting side to score runs. Although, the tournament cannot be switched to a new country at the moment, I think ICC should take much more care to ensure that the weather in the venue is suitable for playing cricket before scheduling matches.

Any way the league matches came to end but super eight starts from yesterday. I think its the time that ICC will think that have selected wrong venues for playing cricket.

well, that should not be the proper way to play cricket. It doesn't bring the good atmosphere to play. The players and the seamers need air to swing their balls. With roof we shouldn't get the complete entertainment from cricket.

i am totlly aginst the matter of implementing D/L in 20 over cricket, how can we decide a game in 5 overs that too in a game which changes in a single over.
surely icc should have consiered the time of rain in West indies, but now it is practically impossible to change the venues.

D/L method should not be implemented for T20 games. Because the entire game is based only on 40 overs and the audiences are disappointed with it. I know it's impossible to change the venues. let we pray god to no rain in west indies.

This happens very often.The tournaments are in places where the weather reporters surely say there is a possibility of rain.I mean they organize the tournaments in places where it is rainy season.Why can't they host this world cup in India?We saw not even a single match disturbed because of rain in IPL. I don't understand why ICC makes such schedules.
I remember once when India was on tour to Srilanka for 3 tests the whole series got washed away by rain.and it is in June.Rainy season.
Anyhow Let's hope rain does not disturb the upcoming matches.The equations change for teams when an important match gets washed away!These are crucial matches from now on!

Yes friend, you was correct. I too remember those matches and series. I think even once the champions trophy was shared between India and lanka due to rain. Why ICC has chosen the rainy place for hosting the big trophy like ICCT20.
