tips about cactuses. let share some

Hell0 people! in this discussion I want that we all can share some tips about cactuses- about that how often they must be watered, when and at what time of the day we should do that, what soil they like, etc.... The first tip that i am going to share with you is that cactuses must not be watered in winter if we want to see some blossoms on them in the spring/summer! now it's your turn!

So when you say not to water them in winter, does that apply only to potted cactus, or cactus growing outside?

well, it is only for potted cactuses, for the ones that growing outside -the nature take care for them

Spring and autumn are watered once a week,morning Summer watering twice a week ,evening I November ,cactus not hold back the water and light with 2-10 degrees Celsius After each watering remove the remaining water in the pot tray A mixture of earth and sand and put gravel in the pot When the flowers appears,avoid watering plants Cactus not be kept in large pots

well, i really appreciate your advice, it is really helpful to me, because I want to grow a good and nice looking cactuses, because I am very keen on cactuses. I knew that they must not be watered in winter in order to give some flowers/blossoms. thank you once again

I don't know much about cactus, or any other plant. All I know is they should be in a sandy soil.

yeah, for cactuses it is really better to put them in a sandy soil, because they don't like much fertilizer or something liek that! BTW my cactus, which i have bought last weekend blowed today :)
