what makes you feel not confident in public place?

everyone of us have different looks and unique characteristic and if theres someone who believe in you it must supposed to be you, so dont expect anyone will look at you and praise you if you dont even praise yourself. as long as your not begging anything from anyone everytime you go out or as long as you wear something then theres no need to be shy off or lost your confident with. you must look at yourself in front of the mirror and tell yourself that your the most beautiful person in this world and dont let yourself look for what other people have coz we are not the same. im not that pretty but i have full of confidence believing that everyone in this world is the same, besides i have complete body same as normal people so why should i lost my confidence with. if they dont like what they saw in me then its there problem and not mine coz i only live a life on what i think that can make me feel happy and contented.

I used to be like you - feeling very insecure of myself, especially in crowded places. However, I later realize that all the while, nobody is judging me except I myself. It's so ironic and so true. People are constantly busy minding themselves, and they don't really have the time to mind how others look or behave. So, from then on, I was never the same again.
