When he gave work for me to do, then I would sit down and do it. But after 10 seconds, he usually called me again to give me another work.
He keeps calling me 5-6 times in that hour. That makes me very nervous.
Should I tell him to give me some time to finish the works first before he can give another one?
Am I behaving rude if I tell him?

I don't believe that there would be any harm done in telling him that you understand his concerns and you have no problem at all in completing the tasks that he assigns to you. However, he also needs to understand that you aren't able to effectively complete any of the tasks that he is giving to you when you are spending more time on the phone with him than you are spending trying to get those things done that he has already asked you to complete.

Actually, if you think from the employers' view, they have a lot of work to settle so they can't be remembering everything in one shot and they also need to consistently assign work to employees so that they are paid according to their work. Therefore, they have to tell employees once they remembered what things to tell them to do. So you don't have to worry about not able to finish everything. Just note down whatever he wanted you to do and do things according to their priority. The boss would be happy to see you getting things done one by one and are kept busy doing those things.

you might get yourself fired if you do that, but you can let him realize what he's doing by letting him know in subtle ways, know what I mean? Well you can start by showing him that you still have loads of work to do before you can start the next one that he orders you to finish. Just use very nice words to keep your boss happy. But if you really can't stand him, maybe you should just find another job with a better boss. Not an easy thing to do though.

You can list the tasks followed by priority and offer the estimated time to finish each task, when your boss reassign the task to you, you can ask him which priority it is and show him all the task s you list.
And he will realize how much work you need to do and how much time you need to finish them.
