I say you call professional help for them. Your cousin is a battered woman and she has rights. If she's not aware of them then you should at least make her aware of it or else this will keep going.

Hi Umit, I would have called someone right away regardless of what my cousin said she wanted. No, I don't think she should have given him another chance but women do it all the time. I was in an abusive relationship and I gave him chance after chance. I did manage to get out and I did get some counceling. The thing with abuse is it esculates and gets worse as time goes on. It almost always happens again no matter how much the abuser promises it won't. The abuser has issues and he needs help but so does the victim. There is a reason why the victim doesn't leave what another woman would run from.
