First off, watch what you blurt out. Only a few can do that though. My advice is make it clear to them that you didn't mean to hurt them. All you wanted to do was state your opinion and they've just perceived it wrongly and it was an honest mistake.

I think, you should have a conversation with your friends about the issues that they've misunderstood... That is the only and the safest way to get things in order... Don't hesitate, simply start another conversation... Listen to their views and respect those. Moreover, let them know that you respect their views... After they have finished, explain them what was the misunderstanding and everything will be well... Good Luck!

Well I think in every relationship good communication is very important. What you can do is talk to them, apologize and explain yourself so that they can understand you. That way, they will be able to learn more about you. People sometimes will misjudge you. It is always ok to explain your side and make them understand you.

don't be guilty of what you've said, if you think it was right to say it then stand for it...soon they will understand you... but if what you've said cause trouble and hurt to your peers then make a start to explain and ask forgiveness. tell that you can't afford to loose your friendship.
