I submitted a blog to google adsense and after a week it was disapproved. They said the content does not conform to the guidelines and said resubmit a new blog. I created a blog and resubmitted as I reviewed the guidelines before creating it. I resubmit it almost a month now and up to this moment it is in the process of being review. Why is it that long?
