fast baby wieght loss

I am going to be having my 3rd child in Auguast and I really want to lose wieght after I have my baby... and of course I would like to lose it fast... My husband also would like to lose wieght but niether one of us have alot of discipline...I am not against using diet pills or anything like that... so can someone give me some ideas on what yall do..

I had my first child 9 mnths ago and I figured it was time to start losing weight since he's learning to do alot on his own. Me and my husband have been doing the p90x ab ripper. It is very intense and its a video that you just follow along with. I suggest you go at your own pace, he'll tell you to break if you need one so definitely do that. I've been doing it for 2 weeks now and I feel better and I can feel the weight dropping. You'll also gain muscle which is good especially when you have kids you'll need it. Its an overrall good workout. You'll feel sore the first day but you do it every other day and you'll get the hang of it. Its hard work but if you're focused on losing the weight you will push yourself to do these exercises. There are 25 reps each, very intense workouts, but its all worth it. Also nature's sunshine has natural products that wont harm the body that helps you lose weight, such as enzymes which are already in your body its just gives you that extra boost of enzymes that break the food down to help digestion.
