Nowadays the big matter of our life how to keep it healthy.
i am always heard about more and more people suffered with fat, cholesterol, fatty acids and triglyceride.
i think that all of these problems come from the wrong habit of feeding and the bad life rotten.
but the best idea which i believed our health and recovery in our food.
but what are the most kind of foods that release the fat and related contents.

sesame seeds,pistashios, wheat germ are a great source also sunflower seeds contain the highest levels of phytosterols which will reduce cholesterol. a healthy low fat diet and exercise is always a good way to lower the effects of a bad high fat diet especially triglycerides.
