Best friend or Lover ? ?

Don't do it. Don't give up ANY of your friends in favor of a love reationship. It'll be the biggest mistake you'll ever make. Sure, she may love you...but you were friends with your buddy before you met her. She must have some of her own? Did she leave them for you? How do you think THEY felt? Who would she invite to the wedding, if you were to marry? There wouldn't BE any friends to invite! There's nothing wrong with sharing my friend, and there's no reason why she can't be best buddy's with your friend too. It's something she'll just have to get used to. Otherwise...then I see fireworks within both of your futures. Trust me. I KNOW what I'm talking about. cdrxo

Hi dreamssri, I had a situation like this when my guy and I were on the starting point of our relationship. I have a guy best friend since back in high school and we never let anyone ruin our friendship. My best friend and I don't have anything romantic between us but my boyfriend got jealous every time I spend time with him and even talk to him. What made the situation easier is when we had a talk with me telling my guy that I'm not happy with his jealousy and asked for his trust. You know having a relationship with a person doesn't mean that you don't have your own life to live. Being with your love all the time can be fun but you should also learn to create your own happiness and let yourselves to miss each other some time. Just tell her what you really feel and agree on something so both sides won't suffer.

if she truly loves you,she will accept your bestfriend and understand everything. if you need to choose,i think you must choose your bestfriend..because for certain he/she will never leave you even when your down..
