As we are nowadays used to the new technologies I've noticed that fewer and fewer people go out to by some newspaper or take a book from the library but just sit infront of the pc-screen and search for the information they need. Are you one of the people who love the smell of the books or you just need to get information in the easiest and fastest way.

If i need some information immediately I go to the web and search for it. But I'm not into reading E-books online. I still want to hold a good book and curl up in a chair with steaming coffee while reading it. I have a hard time reading in a laptop or PC especially if it takes pages and pages to read. Otherwise I would print them all and read them again.

I prefer to read a book rather then reading articles online. Articles don't interests me as much as a real good book does. And plus it's easier for me to concentrate reading a good book. Online it hurts my eyes just staring at the screen long and when I read books at home it doesn't because I can either turn on the light or turn it off. With the computer you can't do that! But I love to read my fav past time!

the funny thing is that i still use old school tools, but in an updated way. i have plenty of literary classics on my iPod touch's reading application, and i have dictionary and thesaurus applications also. so on the bus or train, i have a selection of dozens of books to simply flip through until it is either time to go, or i have finished the piece.

When it comes to resources, books is indeed the most reliable source of information. But when your in a hurry and don't wanna waste time, internet is here. However, I prefer reading the books/novels instead of reading it on screen in the computer.

I love the real thing. I love the smell of the pages. I love the crinkle sound it makes when you turn the page. I love being able to shove it in my bag and read it anywhere. Sure if you have the money you can get a Kindle and read virtual books anywhere but I still prefer a real book. Something about it is comforting.

I much prefer reading a real book. For one reason or another, I just cannot read something online for long periods of time. And I find that this can get annoying, as I really love to read. I really enjoy being able to hold the book that I'm reading in my hands. I also enjoy being able to carry the book with me. It's true that I can carry my laptop with me, but I just don't feel that reading a book on my computer just doesn't give me the same experience or satisfaction that an actual book does.

When it comes to researching to know more information related to my work or school projects back in college, I prefer to read those and look those up online. However, whenever I feel like reading for leisure, I'd still prefer a real book. I like flipping and feeling every page of the book, it's scent and it's crisp sound in my ears. It makes me feel relaxed and much focused on what I'm reading. It makes my imagination a lot better as compared to reading an ebook.

I would always choose a real book first. Online reading will do, but i prefer the traditional book you can hold in your lap and fall asleep with.

Hi mokkka. When it comes to reading books, I will always prefer to have the book in my hand rather than just looking at a screen. If I need to know about news then I tend to look at the internet rather than buy a newspaper. The internet is free whereas a newspaper isn't!
