I cannot withdraw money from paypal but I'm verified already?

Last Tuesday, I have already verified my paypal account. I used eon card to verify it but to my surprised after I verified my paypal account and tried to withdraw it really really annoying that in the last part to submit my withdrawal I got this irritating message "Accounts with limited access may not perform electronic transfer". I check my email to see if there's some notification such that but there's none. I don't really know why my account have limited access because I can receive money from my online jobs and not aware that they are limiting access to my account. I thought after being verified everything would be smooth sailing. I really really need my money there and I am expecting that so what must I do now guys. Please give me fruitful advices. By the way, I emailed them twice last Tuesday. For those who experienced this kind please give me idea on how to lift it. I need my money until next week so I'm nowhere to go now, huhuhu. Thanks.
