so sad. it had been said that its losses for 2 years is a record...just when you thought that a good thing is a good thing and meant to stand the test of time. well, then again, i'm sure somebody would buy that company. i mean, when asked what magazine/s you read it is but quite impressive to mention newsweek magazine as one of them, right? besides, maybe it is just plain wrong decision making that made the magazine lose money. had it not for its high price here in the philippines i'd regularly buy this for its worth spending time on reading.

i'm not fond of reading but I always heard of newsweek.
It's so sad that it is on sale. I guess it's an established magazine already and yet it have to end up like this. I hope the buyer would operate the company better than before.

yeah, it is really sad to see something that has become part of us growing up, or something that helps us shape our own perspectives of issues. well, things are going nowadays as they should not. internet has changed the world in so many ways. and one of this is how we read and source news. now, we get news and commentaries in an instance and free online. we do not have to wait for one week or few days to get them. newsweek is an excellent source of news and commentaries, but it comes in a week's time and cost some money. i hope it continues to provide with sharp perspectives of issues.
